When will I receive my order?

Our fulfilment time average is 2-5 business days for non-variable data products and 3-7 business days for variable data products. The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area. Depending on the shipping method you select this will vary. Shipped via Royal Mail 1st class 1-2 days, Royal Mail 2nd Class 2-3 days and for DPD this is a next day service

How do I cancel my order?

You have 1 hour from ordering your item to cancel it. After that time we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun production. If that is the case your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided

How do I find out my TiPJAR short code?

Your code would have been provided by TiPJAR when you signed up. However, you can easily find and download your QR Code from within TiPJAR

How do I verify my TiPJAR short code is valid?

Can you deliver on a weekend?

We can use DPD shipping which offer delivery on weekends but there will be an additional charge for this. Please contact us before placing your order

Can I order items with my logo on?

Yes of course you can. We have in-house printers which will allow us to customise items based on your request, if you can send over your requirements we will be happy to help
